Welcome to the site for Christina Lansdown Marriage and Family Therapy. I’m glad you’re here!
Therapy with me is relational, dynamic, reflective and responsive. You can expect to be challenged, in a warm and supportive environment. As an Infant-Parent and Early Childhood Mental Health specialist, my curiosity about relationships and how family history gets carried forward into the present day guides my work with adults of all ages, as well as caregivers and their young children. I’ve worked with clients aged 0-101 with an emphasis on interpersonal connection, authenticity, and mindful self-awareness to treat a variety of conditions. My interests and training have led me to specialize in the treatment of trauma as well as to utilize mindfulness, attachment focused, and body-based approaches to achieve a sense of well-being, relief and integration, and to experience fewer symptoms of a variety of common conditions, including low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, phase-of-life and relationship problems.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, I have found that sessions online can be very effective, and in many cases have improved outcomes. We can explore together if telehealth is right for you.
I’m bilingual and can also provide services in Spanish.
